RESERVATIONS
To reserve a space for conducting research at the Cocha Cashu Biological Station in Manu National Park, Peru, please fill out and return the following questionnaire for the Principal Investigator (PI) and each assistant. It is important for your own safety to answer all questions.
You may respond by email to Patricia Al varez at pcaz@duke.edu. IMPORTANT: In addition to your reservation, you will also need a permit from INRENA, the Peruvian parks authority. Please refer to the Authorization page for details.
We must also request advance payment to guarantee your reservation. Station fees are $12 per day, plus an additional $10 per day when there is a cook in residence. Food (provided by the station) is $8 per day when there is no cook. At such times, investigators in residence are responsible for coordinating the cooking duites. (Rotations have worked well in the past.)
