Be sure to indicate your dates and the number of people (including assistants) you intend to reserve a space for in your letter.  We cannot guarantee accomodation for a very large group of assistants, particularly if it would mean excluding other investigators from initiating their projects. The station has limited living and working space; currently, we can house no more than 30 people at any given time. The system works best when investigators put their desires in writing as early as possible.

 We must also request advance payment to guarantee your reservation. Station fees are $12 per day, plus an additional $10 per day when there is a cook in residence. Food (provided by the station) is $8 per day when there is no cook. At such times, investigators in residence are responsible for coordinating the cooking duites. (Rotations have worked well in the past.)
