Welcome
to the web portfolio of Melanie Jones. I will graduate from Duke
Univeresity Nursing School
in May of 2006 with a Masters Degree in Nursing Informatics. This
portfolio is an ongoing project through the last three semesters of the
curriculum, and it will be updated regularly following graduation and
used as a professional portfolio.
I am currently working as an OR Information Systems Administrator at St.
Francis Hospital in Columbus,
Georgia. I have lived in Columbus my entire life, and I have
worked at St. Francis Hospital for the past 13 years. I worked in
the operating room until three years ago when I moved into this nursing
informatics position.
