AIESEC Trainees have valuable insight into foreign economics, business practices and cultures. More than 85 % of our trainees have completed their undergraduate work, while 20% hold master's degrees from prominent universities in 81 countries.

Flexible Timing:

AIESEC Trainees can be hired for a period as short as two months to as long as eighteen at any time during the calendar year. Although we offer a temporary placement services, some companies, such as Arthur Andersen, use our network for effective worl dwide recruitment of permenant employees.

Detailed Service:

We locate the person you need and handle all the details. We arrange the J-1 work visas, housing, transportation, health insurance, and assist in social connections to ensure cultural assimilation. We maintain contact with you and the trainees througho ut employment to ensure an optimal working relationship between your firm, your new employees, and AIESEC.

Cost-Effective Employment:

For 18 to 47 percent below the price you'd pay other placement services, AIESEC imports exceptional individuals. You pay AIESEC a $1,100-$1,800 placement fee per associate hired and the Associate a suggested monthly living stipend of $1,200-$1,700/mon th (net of taxes). Your company is not required to provide fringe benefits or any of the Trainee's travel and moving expenses.


How to get it ...

Step One: Talk to AIESEC:

Together with an AIESEC representative you will outline the job description and tailor a personnel profile. Characteristics you may specify include: the Trainee's field(s) of academic study, years of study, work experience, office skills, languages, a s well as their geographic region of origin.

Step Two: Approve AIESEC's Selection:

The completed profile is compared with AIESEC's computer database of applicants. Once a qualified candidate has been identified, his or her application and resume will be brought to you for review and final approval. AIESEC will continue to identify o ther candidates until a suitable one is found.

Step Three:

All you do is specify the necessary qualifications and provide the job, AIESEC does everything else!
