Making an Appointment
To make any appointment, call the Academic Resource Center at 684-5917.

Prior to your appointment you must submit our three (3) Intake Forms. If we have not received these documents before your arrival, then you will use a portion of your appointment time to complete them. The forms should only take 10-15 minutes total. Each link opens a new window.
The ARC Intake Form is required by Duke University. The two Learning Styles Inventories (LSIs) provide us with useful information about your learning preferences.
All submitted information is transmitted and stored on a secure server. All information will be kept strictly confidential.

If you have trouble opening and/or filling out the ARC Intake Form (above) - Please print out this Static ARC Intake Form, fill it out by hand and bring it with you to your first ASIP meeting.
If you are interested in learning more about the Kolb and Felder LSIs, check out the documents below (having your scores in hand will help). These summaries provide general information regarding your scores. Your ASIP learning specialist will help you to understand how your results may impact your learning in the courses you are taking in the current semester. S/he will also help you to devise strategies that better match your preferences and improve your ability to process course information.
