Physical Training (PT) is an excellent way for Midshipmen to remain healthy, build strength and speed, and grow as leaders. PTs range from a rigorous run around Duke's campus to a sound swim in Wilson Gym's pool - with innumerable sets of challenging calisthenics in between. In order to fit into a busy Duke student's schedule, numerous PT dates are scheduled throughout the week to ensure all Midshipmen participate. The entire Battalion comes together once every week or two for All-Hands PTs to train as a unit.
