Safety Tips
The National Crime Prevention Council provides additional tools for crime prevention strategies.
The Crime Prevention Unit conducts safety presentation and workshops for students, staff and faculty.
Crime prevention workshops are available for student groups and departments upon request and for no charge on topics, including:
- General crime prevention
- Alcohol awareness
- Rape awareness
- Relationship violence
In addition, crime prevention and community service officers participate in orientation programs for incoming first-year students, graduate, international and professional students, international students and Health System staff and medical students.
