Name changes - Fax or bring legal documentation of your name change to the Student Service Center.
Address changes - Most address changes can be made by logging into ACES. If you are an on-campus student, your local address can only be changed by the Office of Residence Life and Housing Services. Post office box changes can only be made by the Duke Post Office.
Date of birth changes - Fax or bring documentation of your date of birth to the Student Service Center.
Social Security number changes - Fax or bring a copy of your Social Security card to the Student Service Center.
