Duke Recycles Co-Coordinates E-Cycling Event - June 22, 2009
Duke Recycles is helping to coordinate an Electronics Collection Event on June 27th from 10am to 2pm. This FREE event will be held in the parking lot of three local Best Buy Stores in Raleigh, Durham and Cary, and is expected to divert thousands of pounds of electronics from the local solid waste stream.
Discount Tickets to Festival for the Eno - June 17, 2009
Duke faculty and staff can receive a 20% discount on tickets to Durham's Festival for the Eno. The festival is 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Friday, July 3, and Saturday, July 4; and noon to 6 p.m. Sunday, July 5, at the West Point on the Eno city park in Durham.
DukeFish Seeks Participants for June 30th Focus Group - June 17, 2009
DukeFish will be conducting a focus group on a new Community Supported Fisheries program at Duke on Tuesday, June 30th, from 5:30-7pm in the HUG Commons Reading Room. Appetizers and light dinner will be provided. Interested persons should contact Nick Mallos (MEM '10) to RSVP by Friday, June 27th.

Duke University's Sustainability office is seeking an Outreach Coordinator to develop and implement programs that reduce environmental impacts and resource consumption of staff, students and faculty on campus. Deadline is June 30, 2009.
