VERTICES

THE DUKE UNIVERSITY MAGAZINE OF SCIENCE, TECHNOLOGY, AND MEDICINE

UPDATE: 19 August 1997

This site was first completed in September 1995, at which time it offered the contents of the then-five-most-recent issues of Vertices, the Duke University Magazine of Science, Technology, and Medicine. These five issues remain available below, but due to a combination of imperfect year-to-year undergraduate continuity, bureaucratic oversight, and frequently shifting trade winds, they remain the *only* issues available online.

Vertices is a biannual publication of the Duke University Undergraduate Publications Board, and four additional issues have appeared since this site was first launched. These issues, along with all future publications, should be made available online in time.

For now, you are encouraged to enjoy the sampling of features below. Comments and suggestions are welcomed, and may be directed to vertices@acpub.duke.edu.
