Contents: This collection includes memoranda, reports and other materials issued or received by the office, records of task forces, search and other committees, the records of executive, special, or other assistants, and records that span two or more administrations. It includes subject files collected by the archives concerning topics such as the President's Associates, and records concerning the operation of the office. Among the materials are ACC and NCAA handbooks and briefing books presented to the CEOs of the Conference. The records of an administration are filed under that President's name, but because of transitions and on-going business, some papers of a given administration are found in the files of its successor(s).
Restriction: Administrative records are closed for 25 years from date of creation except by permission, University Archivist and head of originating office.
