History: Established in 1994. Supplanted the Duke Gay and Lesbian Alliance. Both DGLA and DGBLA evolved from the Duke Gay Association, which was founded in 1972. The Association is formally recognized by the Duke Student Government. Its purpose is to serve gay, lesbian, and bisexual undergraduates through both social and political activities.

Contents: Includes logbooks, flyers, agendas, newsletters, and financial records of the Duke Gay and Lesbian Alliance. Also includes newsletters and other resource materials pertaining to AIDS, legal issues, and other matters, and OUTLINES: THE NEWSLETTER OF THE DUKE GAY, BISEXUAL, AND LESBIAN ASSOCIATION (May 1995- )
