When I was in college (Duke University), our 
gaming club (DRAGO) had its constitution in the form 
of a game of Nomic.  The first thing we did was 
elimnate all the rules relating to victory conditions and 
keeping score.  We had rules for who the officers 
were, dues, players (of the constitution) and members 
(who weren't necessarily players).  We had folklore-
related rules, as well (to whistle "Liberty Bell" when the president 
enters the room, the official Drago
