In addition to music theory, Susan Greenberg teaches piano in Durham where she has a full studio of piano students of all ages. She also teaches class piano at Duke University and is an active member of the Durham Music Teachers Association. Ms. Greenberg grew up near Boston, attending the New England Conservatory Preparatory Division as a teenager and later graduating from Smith College. After earning her M.A. in music education from Columbia University, she taught piano and music theory for six years at the Walnut Hill School for the Performing Arts in Natick, MA before moving to Durham in 1986.
