The vast majority of MAT graduates enter the classroom upon graduation. The demand for highly skilled teachers is so great that each MAT graduate is virtually guaranteed a position upon completion of the Program. The MAT office works closely with each student to determine the most appropriate teaching position and provides extensive guidance and support in securing that position. MAT graduates are currently teaching on Indian reservations in the Southwest, private residential schools in the Northeast, and in public and private high schools throughout the country.
