In conjunction with Warwick Business School, the United States NOFIA team is currently participating in an international survey examining organizational changes at the end of this century from a CEO's perspective.  Restructuring, empowerment, networking, strategic change and management of information and human resources are all key items on todays' management agenda.  This survey examines how European, Japanese and American CEO's are dealing with these issues and with what results.
