Academic Council Executive Committee (07-08)

Elected by the Academic Council from its membership. The committee meets weekly during the school year, and as necessary during the summer months. It meets monthly with the chief officers of the University, and several times each year with the Executive Committee of the Board of Trustees. It serves as the Committee on Committees for both the Council and the University Faculty. Term: 2 years. *

Student Affairs Committee (ASCAC)  (07-08)

Provide advice and guidance to the VP for Student Affairs and to report to ECAC on issues pertaining to student affairs that warrant faculty attention. The committee will serve to provide faculty opinion to the administration during the planning stages of important student affairs initiatives and in significant cases where an administrative response to student requests or activities is required. Meets as needed.
