ActivitiesSisterhood Activities These activities are casual, fun ways to get to know each other better.
This semester has included dinner before meetings, pizza and The OC,
a trip to the state fair, tailgating before football games, as well
as relaxing study breaks during finals. These activities happen almost
weekly or at least several times a month Mixers Mixers are a great way to meet new people from fraternities at Duke
and UNC and hang out with old friends. Sometimes we even have 4 way
mixers with 2 sororities and 2 fraternities. Each informal has a theme,
like 80's as seen below. We try to plan a mixer for every other weekend,
but sometimes our social informal chairs end up planning one on Thursday
and one on Saturday! Date Functions Our social formal chair plans 3 date functions each semester such

Quick FactsAOII international membership. Alpha Omicron Pi is international - with chapters in the United States and Canada. Membership for a lifetime. AOII membership does not end with college graduation. Our members become Alumnae of AOII and can join any AOII Alumnae chapter in the city they reside. We have over 250 alumnae chapters across North America. A network of sisters and friends really helps when moving to a new city. Many of our alumnae are also active as volunteers for the Fraternity - advising and working with chapters on many different levels. |
