OUR BIKES

1. A waiver must be signed before using a bicycle.
2. Bicycles must be returned at the end of each day; they are not intended for continuous personal use.
3. A helmet must be worn at all times. This is the law.
4. All bicycling laws must be followed while riding the bicycles. This includes stopping at stop signs, waiting at stop lights, and using hand signals to indicate turns. These bicycles are not equipped for riding at night. More details on traffic laws are posted next to the helmets, will be provided to you when you join the program and can be viewed on this website.
5. PLEASE INFORM US OF ANY REPAIRS NEEDED. Email bikes@duke.edu.
6. Ride at your own risk. Duke University, Durham and anyone associated with the BioBikes program assumes no liability for your use of the bicycles.
