In her spare time, Amy enjoys baking and discussing life over dinner :)

Amber Kunze ('13) - All the way from Nebraska, is Amber. Amber enjoys long walks on the beach, discussing movies, listening to music, and getting caught in the rain. You name it, she has tried it. From pole vaulting to singing, studying to hanging out with friends, she is everywhere on campus! She is always ready to lend a listening ear and is sure to put a smile on your face. Amber also thinks that SOPS ROCK!!!!

Ivy Zhou ('13) - Ivy Zhou is a freshman dipping her feet into the icy waters of political science for the first time. As she writes this, she is juggling Cru and InterVarsity, and is questing for something completely new to try out in college. Perhaps something that mandates physical exertion, or requires coordination, because she otherwise gets no exposure to such frightening things? Favorite ice cream flavors of the week: birthday cake with mint chocolate chip. Favorite verses: 2 Corinthians 1:3-5. She is a soprah-no and in love with SBSB!

Altos

Karmel Wong ('10) - Karmel is a senior in the class 2010! She is not only an amazing soprano but is also the president of SBSB. Her many nicknames include Caramel, Karmelado and Chunk and she is interested in kids, social justice, creative arts, sports, books, colourful stationery, and mint chocolate chip ice cream. She is majoring in child psychology, and her favourite quote is "perfect love casts out fear."

Jane Kim ('11) - Jane Kim is a junior in the class of 2011. She is thinking about double majoring in psychology and studio art. Besides being an active alto in Something Borrowed Something Blue, she is a new member of Duke's Women Rugby Club Team, where she has fun getting bruised and battered with new-found friends. She likes kids and is undergoing preparation to become a woman of God. She also makes wishes/prays when it's 1:11, 2:22, 3:33, 4:44, 5:55, 11:11. She'd love for you to join her!

Elizabeth Axelson ('12) - Elizabeth Axelson is a proud member of the Trinity class of 2012 and loves singing Alto in SBSB. She doesn't really know what she wants to do with her life, but she's planning on being a psychology major so that she can someday truly help people. She is a member of Campus Crusade, the Wesley Fellowship and a new sister in Zeta Tau Alpha. She also tutors weekly in the inner city and is an aficionado Duke Awakening, a retreat of the Catholic Student Center. She is so grateful for all the ways that God is working in her life at Duke, and her favorite verse is Jeremiah 29:11.

Courtney Conner ('13) - Courtney Conner is Trinity freshman clueless about what she will be; however, she knows she wants to travel, learn more about different cultures, and help people. She loves movies (especailly horror films), music, walking, and art. Her favorite movie is Sweeney Tood (not just because of Johnny Depp), and in her spare time she sketches and walks.

Tenors

Matthew Boyle ('11) - Matt Boyle is a Trinity junior majoring in Sociology with a certificate in Markets and Management and a minor in English. In addition to managing Borrowed and Blue, he is a member of Campus Crusade for Christ, though he also attends Intervarsity when he has time. His poetry has been published in the Duke Archive Magazine, and he has recently joined the Duke Consulting Club. He loves music of all kinds, but most especially Taylor Swift, Mariah Carey, Kelly Clarkson and Wicked (the musical.) An avid weightlifter, Matt has also recently taken up swimming. He is known to talk a lot, and his dance to Miley Cyrus' "See You Again" is legendary. He has aspirations of winning the Amazing Race one day. Matt currently resides in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida, though he has also lived in Massachusetts, California, Kentucky and Georgia, and his Dad lives in Scottsdale, Arizona.

Courtney McIntyre ('11) - Courtney McIntyre is a junior who loves being the only female tenor in SBSB. Here is what she has to say: "So many times I find myself caring about this, worrying about that. But why should I? God know more about me than I know myself, and His love for me is incomparable. My life is in His hands- He's never failed me yet, and He never will...what an awesome God I swerve!!" Psalm 139

Colin Adams ('12) - "My name is Colin Adams. I'm a sophomore at Duke, and majoring in Mechanical Engineering. I'm a member of Campus Crusade for Christ (Cru), and sing tenor in SBSB. My favorite type of music (not surprisingly) is worship and Christian music (I lead worship for SBSB, too). Other than that, I like 80's oldies... Eagles, Beatles, Elton John, REM, Rod Stewart, Phil Collins, Sade, Billy Joel,... the list goes on. I've been a Christian since age 8, but am always glad to be growing in my faith and service to the Lord. I'm originally from Spring, Texas, a suburb of Houston, but am totally loving the cool weather in Durham! A fun fact about me? No, I can't say the alphabet backwards, but I can name pi to 15 decimal places... ask me sometime... I'll let my geekiness show!"

Chris Whittaker ('13) - Chris Whittaker is a freshman in the Trinity College from Allentown, Pennsylvania. An undeclared Economics/other major, the playground (Lilly Library, basement) is where he spends most of his days. When he’s not singing about love, Chris enjoys running, iTunes, parkour, and Giles House Council. His favorite verse is Romans, 5: 3-5

Basses

Andrew Wong ('12) - Andrew Wong is a sophomore who is interested in pursuing a major in biomedical engineering. He enjoys playing violin and piano and singing, as well as running and simply spending time with friends. However, above all, he gives thanks to God for giving him the ability to do all that he does in life.

Bryan Choi - Bryan Choi is currently working on his MDPhD at Duke Medical School. He sang with Under Construction while an undergraduate at Harvard. He has a dog named Scarlett, which is pretty awesome. He one day hopes to cure brain cancer! Until then he must content himself with running around like a clown on purpose. Bryan hails from somewhere in the Northeast...I can't quite remember where, but I'm sure it's much colder than it is here. If you ever see him, say hello! He lives for awkwardness (and Jesus).
