3rd Annual Poster Session and Lecture Series

Celebrate Black History Month with the Bouchet Society! Each year, the society holds a seminar and poster session to showcase the research and talent of Bouchet Society members and minority researchers.

The Bouchet Society 3rd Annual Lecture Series and Poster Session will take place on Friday, February 22nd at 12:15 pm in the Jones Building, Room 143. The event starts with presentations by two underrepresented minority researchers:

Dr. Fred Boadu is a professor in the Civil and Environmental Engineering Department at Duke University, and he will present aspects of his research. Dr. Lauren Davis is a professor in the Department of Industrial and Systems Engineering at North Carolina A&T, and she will talk about her career path.

Following the presentations (at approximately 2:00 pm), there will be a poster session in the Medical Science Research Building (MSRB), Room 001, where members of the Bouchet Society will be waiting to speak with you about their research achievements. Please come out and show your support!
