The Bulgarian Association at Duke (BAD) is a newly formed organization
at Duke,
involved with representing, promoting and preserving the Bulgarian
culture and
traditions on Duke's campus. Currently, the Association consists of 25
Duke
undergraduates, graduates, Ph.D students and alumni.
Bulgaria is located in Eastern Europe, neighboring Romania,
Serbia and
Montenegro, Macedonia, Greece and Turkey, with a sea coast on the Black
Sea.
