The Cultural Anthropology Majors’ Union was established
in the fall of 2000. It was started as
an effort to bond together the cultural anthropology department together,
thereby improving the quality of the cultural anthropology experience at Duke.
Constitution
ARTICLE
I The
Membership in this organization shall be open to any student majoring or
minoring in the undergraduate program of the Department of Cultural
Anthropology of Duke University, and shall not be denied on the basis of
race, color, religion, national origin, physical or mental handicap, age,
sex, sexual preference, ancestry or medical condition. New
by-laws and amendments to existing by-laws may be proposed during meetings
and may be passed by majority vote. |
