For high school students
To receive free tutoring, you can either download and print out the application here, or you can write down your responses to the following questions on your own sheet of paper. Please then bring it to the first meeting you attend. For more information, you can send email to CHANCE at n19@duke.edu

If you would like to become a CHANCE tutor:

Please download and complete a tutor information form and bring it with you to your first meeting. We will match you with a high school student and add you to the mailing list.
