 About DCCDuke China Care Club was started in 2006 as a service organization at Duke University. Our goal is to raise funds and awareness for China Care Foundation and the special-needs children they care for at the China Care Home. Duke China Care Club fundraises every year to pay for surgeries and medical treatment for these children that are all born with special needs. Duke China Care Club also runs community service programs called Playgroups and Mentorship programs for the adopted Chinese children in the local Durhan and nearby areas. These programs are aimed at helping these children foster pride and understanding of birth heritage. Take a look at our brochure. Their non-Chinese siblings are also welcome. To help us prepare better, please RSVP to Patrick Lang (pat.lang@duke.edu) by the Wednesday before the Playgroup.
