The Chorale yearly performs a large single work, often with the Chapel Choir, Duke Chapel's performance choir for Sunday morning services. For the 2006-2007 year, the combined group performed Sergei Rachmaninoff's Vsenoshchnoye Bdeniye (All Night Vigil), chosen because of the performance's coincidence with Easter weekend.
