cook a Chinese dish for the world!

Dear all community member including your spouses, International House will be holding a big celebration to celebrate our 40 years at Duke on Monday afternoon, September 27, from 4 - 6 pm. At the party, they will present foods that represent the home countries of the students and scholars at Duke. They requested our Chinese group together to prepare a big dish for the world, that is enough to give 100 people a piece or small amount. In order to work on that, DCSSA is now calling on a "cooking committee" from the entire Chinese community including your spouses. The ingredients will be well coverred, so you do not need to worry about the cost. Ihouse also wants to display the recipe with the dish and later to make a "Tastes from the World" cookbook with all the recipes.
