NATIONAL HISTORY

On January 13, 1913 on the campus of Howard University, 22 visionary woman founded Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Incorporated on the principles of sisterhood, scholarship, and service. Groundbreaking from the start, these women laid the foundation for the dynasty that IS Delta. With over 200,000 members in more than 950 chapters worldwide, Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Incorporated continues to thrive.
