5 STEPS TO SURVIVING ECASU

1. Get Packed

You're gonna need a pen, some paper, business casual attire (for the banquet), a sleeping bag/pillow (if you're slumming it on-campus), and money for lunch.

2. Get Here

Once here, all conference participants should proceed to the Bryan Center for registration and check-in.
If you are driving: Click here for directions to the Bryan Center parking lot.
If you are flying: There will be a shuttle running between Duke and RDU Airport on Friday between 2:30 pm and 1:00 am. The following schedule is times the shuttle will LEAVE each stop. The assigned stop at the airport is the purple zone in the shelter island for Terminal A, and is in front of the taxi dispatcher for Terminal C. We will have some one at Terminal A to help direct individuals. The shuttle will be a white shuttle bus with 'Carolina Livery' on it, and will also have an ECASU sign.

3. Get Checked-In

Check-in is in the Bryan Center from 4:00pm - 11:00pm on Friday and 7:00am - 10:00am on Saturday morning. Where's the Bryan Center? Click the BIG MAP.

4. Get Around

Workshops, Panels, Meals, and the Entertainment Showcase will all take place on Duke University's West Campus. Check the BIG MAP to find your way around.

Shuttles will be leaving the West Campus bus stop (where is it? check the BIG MAP) every 5-10 minutes between:

• 7:30am - 10:00am - between Duke and Marriott
• 4:10pm - 8:10 pm - between Duke and Marriott
• 10:30 pm - 2:30 am - between Duke, Marriott, and Club Edge

5. Get Home
