This conference is the result of a dialogue between Duke Procurement Services and Environmental Alliance, an undergraduate student group committed to reducing Duke’s impact on the environment. Top university leaders have expressed consistent support for the implementation of green purchasing strategies. This conference has been organized to provide education and training for all stakeholders in purchasing decisions in order to move green purchasing forward at Duke and area universities.

  • Duke University and Health System staff, representing Facilities Management, University Architect’s Office, University Stores, Office of Environmental Safety, Residential Services, Food Services, Energineering and Operations, Durham Regional Hospital Facilities, and Procurement and Supply Chain Management.
