The Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) enforces the non-discrimination and affirmative action requirements that apply to Federal contractors and subcontractors. The agency recognizes outstanding federal corporate practices through its annual Exemplary Voluntary Efforts (EVE) and Secretary’s Opportunity 2000 Awards ceremony. The OFCCP gives awards to exemplary federal contractors that have multi-faceted and innovative programs that enhance employment opportunities for all employees.
