Provides policy, program development and administrative support to employing units, faculty, and staff of Duke University and Health System.

Clint Davidson is Vice President for Human Resources for Duke University and Health System.
Before coming to Duke in May 1997, Mr. Davidson was the Vice President of Human Resources at the University of Pennsylvania. Prior to Penn, he was Associate Vice Chancellor for Human Resource Services and Purchasing at Vanderbilt.
Among his many awards are an Outstanding Teacher Award and the Annual Creativity Award from the College and University Personnel Association (CUPA). Mr. Davidson is a past faculty member of the Wharton School of Business, and the National Association of College and University Business Officers (NACUBO) College Business Management Institute. Mr. Davidson holds an MBA in Human Resources Management/ Finance from Vanderbilt University. He is a graduate of Harvard's Institute of Educational Management and the University of Michigan's Labor Relations Institute.
Mr. Davidson has vast experience working with a variety of associations and boards. He was the past board member and current Chairman of the Duke Children's Hospital Classic Golf Tournament and a past member of the Durham YMCA Board. Currently he is a member of the Board of Advisors for the Saratoga Institute and a member of the Board of Advisors for TIAA-CREF.
