Office of the Executive Vice President
Executive Vice President Tallman Trask III is the chief business and financial officer for Duke University, responsible for the management of all financial and administrative services of the University. He provides leadership for the various operations and activities that serve faculty, staff, students, alumni, visitors and friends of the University.
Divisions
- Campus Services
Provides key university services including construction, engineering, grounds, housekeeping, parking & transportation, real estate, dining, DukeCard, retail and book stores, event management, conference services, disability management system, mail, police, security and utilities.
- Financial Services
Provides accurate, timely, and efficient accounting, analytical, and financial reporting services for the Duke University community for the effective control of financial resources.
- Human Resources
Provides policy, program development and administrative support to employing units, faculty, and staff of Duke University and Health System.
- Information Technology
Responsible for effective management and use of information technology resources.
- University Architect
Provides master planning, space planning, design services, and project management. - Sustainability
