Equipment owned by Freewater Productions is for member use only. Freewater Productions grant recipients have priority in using our equipment and non-linear editing system. Members who are not grant recipients can check out equipment on a case by case basis at the discretion of the Chair. Equipment cannot leave the Triangle area.

Presently, our inventory includes two Sony High definition video cameras, one super 16mm Eclair ACl, four lighting kits, one minidisc recorder, one shotgun mic, one dolly, two sets of track, gels, filters and several c-stands and tripods.

When you check out equipment, the Equipment Manager will fill out checkout sheets that detail every component of the equipment you check out. In case you are unable to get a copy of your checkout sheet, we recommend you download the sheets and fill them out for your own reference. This will make it easier to verify you have all equipment items before checking them in.
