This week is our last Large Group of Spring 2008.
We'll be giving special recognition to all those graduating this year! Dinner will be a delicious catered Chinese buffet, so be sure to come if you're graduating ... and everyone else, come help our graduates celebrate!

Come celebrate the Resurrection of Christ with your fellow GCFers!
We'll be meeting in the Chapel basement kitchen from 1:00-4:00. Bring a dish to share and a friend!

March 1, Good Samaritan Inn

We'll be preparing and serving dinner at the Good Samaritan Inn, the women and children's division of the Durham Rescue Mission.
Time: 3:00-6:00PM
RSVP to Hansford if you want to come, because space is limited! You can also donate food items for the meal preparation; we'll be making pasta with salad and garlic bread. (Items needed include dried spaghetti noodles and jars or cans of pasta and tomato sauce. Contact Hansford if you want to contribute something.)

This week we will have a joint meeting with our sister grad fellowships at UNC and NCSU.
6:30PM, at the home of Dr. Fred Brooks (UNC-Computer Science).
We'll have dinner, which will be provided and the program will follow. Speaking to us will be Dr. Robbie Castleman, professor of Biblical studies at John Brown University. She will be speaking on the topic of human sexuality, drawing on Genesis and Jesus' approach to the Genesis stories.
