Instructions go as follows:
Coming from 85:
Technical: Take exit 178 onto 70, then 284 onto Cheek road. Turn right
onto Cheek Road. Turn right at Clayton. Turn left on Freeman. Turn right
on Obsidian Way and go until you reach 723.
Expanded: Once you're on 70 you need to get quickly get into the far
right lane, b/c the Cheek road exit comes up fast. After you're on Cheek
road, Clayton road is just past the railroad tracks. There will also be
a sign pointing towards "Southern High School" and a burned out general
store on the right where you turn. The turn onto Freeman is just past
Southern High. Obsidian Way leads into a development on the right called
Stone Hill Estates. Once you're on Obsidian, go past the stop sign and
up the hill and we're about 3/4 of the way down the hill on the right.
It's a brick front with light blue siding.
From 40:
Take the Miami Blvd exit and go until you hit 70. Here, Miami goes to
the left but continue straight on Mineral springs. Take a left at the
first light (yep, you're still on Mineral Springs) and go quite a ways
till you hit the intersection with the light and a Papa Johns. (You may
spot the house flying a Jolly Roger on the left on your way). The second
road on the left after the light is Sapphire, and it leads into Stone
Hill Estates. Take the second left again onto Quarts, go until it Ts,
right onto Lodestone, then the next Left onto obsidian. Go down the hill
and our house is a quarter of the way up on the left.

Warning: Google apparently thinks we're not even a dirt road yet. Though
Mapquest has a cool picture of when we first moved in: the lone house
down the hill is ours.
