Distribution of Tickets for the Baccalaureate Services
Tickets for the Baccalaureate Service must be claimed between April 21 and April 25 in Room 215, Allen Building, at the following times:
Monday, April 20
9:00 a.m. - 12:00 noon
Tuesday, April 21
9:00 a.m. - 12:00 noon
Wednesday, April 22
1:00 - 4:00 p.m.
Thursday, April 23
1:00 - 4:00 p.m.
September and December graduates and candidates for a degree in May who will not be on campus during these times may obtain tickets for their Baccalaureate Service by writing directly to Debra Cash (Box 90030, Duke University, Durham, NC 27708-0030) no later than April 17 and enclosing a stamped, self-addressed envelope.
Baccalaureate tickets unclaimed after April 23 will be distributed on a first-come basis in a "Ticket Clearinghouse" on Friday, April 24. The clearinghouse also provides a means for the exchange of tickets for the several services. The clearinghouse opens at 9:00 a.m. on Friday, April 24, in A290 Smith Warehouse and will remain open until all tickets have been distributed. Only two tickets per person will be issued at the clearinghouse, but there is no limit to the number of times an individual may enter the line.
