Graduation Exercises
The graduation exercises will be held in Wallace Wade Stadium beginning at 10:00 a.m. on Sunday morning, with line up of the candidates beginning at 9:00 a.m. The procession of all candidates begins at 9:30 a.m. The procession of candidates begins at the top of Wallace Wade Stadium down to the field. The steps in Wallace Wade Stadium are small and awkward and you should remember to wear comfortable, practical shoes. Seating is unlimited and tickets are not required. Complete details will be provided in the second mailing in late April.

Special Ceremonies
A listing of special ceremonies (luncheons, brunches, receptions, award and diploma ceremonies) sponsored by individual schools and departments is included in the Calendar of Events in the late-April mailing. If information about these events is needed prior to the second mailing, please consult the graduation website or the individual schools or departments.

Important Dates-at-a-Glance
A summary of important dates and deadlines for the 2008 Commencement is published online. Please bookmark or print the page for easy reference.

The President's Letter to Parents
A letter from President Brodhead was mailed in December to parents, guardians, or family members inviting them to attend the events of Graduation Weekend. The letter informs parents that it will be your responsibility to obtain the tickets for the Baccalaureate Service, which is the only event of the Weekend that will require tickets.
