Welcome to Hoof 'n' Horn

Hello friends and welcome to the website for Hoof 'n' Horn, the second oldest student-run musical theater group in the nation!

Throughout its 71 years of existence Hoof 'n' Horn has striven to provide the very finest amateur theater to Duke University and the Durham area. Hoof 'n' Horn produces three main stage productions during the academic year, with the possibility of also producing student written musicals and/or children's theater. Students control all aspects of the theater experience: from producing, to directing, to performing, to building, and everything in between.

Hoof 'n' Horn members come from all walks of university life: undergraduate, graduate, Trinity, Pratt, Divinity, even the Chapel Dean*. We are always seeking to expand our ranks and elevate the quality of our shows to the next level. Oh, and we do manage to have a bit of fun along the way.
