Through the generosity of the Reginaldo Howard Memorial Scholarship Fund and the family of the late Reginaldo Howard, Duke University provides annual scholarships covering tuition and mandatory fees including room and board to first-year students of African heritage who demonstrate outstanding leadership ability, scholastic achievement, community involvement, and evidence of serious commitment to a life of service to others.
