Hey everyone! My name is Emmanuel (though most of my friends call me Manny). I am a senior at Duke, enjoying the beautiful campus and the mostly nice people. I am both Pre Law and Pre Med and studying History, Political Science, and Economics. My future aspirations are to go to law school and become a defense attorney, defending medical institutions and/or pharmaceutical companies, thus putting my science degree to some use.
In my spare time, I participate in youth work with an intermediary group out of New Mexico and with a grassroots organization out of South Carolina. Currently, I am planning a 4th National Gathering for Youth Organizers, envisioning a youth turnout of about 300 young people. I’m also a member of the Alpha Alpha Chi chapter of Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity, Incorporated. I like to keep up with current events, mostly politics, but I also like to watch television, play video games, and sing.
