Cycle classes are held on the locker room level of Wilson and are first-come-first-seated, 18 max per class. Classes are 1 hour. If arriving early for class, please form a line toward the racquetball courts (do not block stairs to the weight room). A towel is recommended. Class type varies with instructor (strength, endurance, etc.) If you are new to class, please arrive early.
