Group Training Options
Small Group Personal Training:
Small Group Personal Training is a session conducted by one personal trainer for 2-5 clients with similar fitness goals. Clients put together their own training group and schedule sessions at the group’s preferred time.
This format provides a social and cost-effective training option. Session fees are divided equally among all participants. Click here to see the rates.
Team Training:
Team Training is a small group workout that is open to anyone and is set on a consistent schedule. Each team training program will run as a 4-6 week series with a given theme. The workouts always include cardiovascular conditioning and strength training in a fun, dynamic, and high intensity format. The personalized instruction and range of activities provides an appropriate workout for the new to the advanced exercise. You can sign up for the series to receive a per session discount or come as you please and pay the drop-in rate. The current Team Training theme and schedule is:
Holiday School’s Out Workout
Why wait until after the holidays to rev up your fitness routine?
In December, Duke Personal Training is offering School’s Out Workout. These whole body routines, taught by a master personal trainer, are designed to challenge your aerobic capacity while improving strength and flexibility. The class is appropriate for beginner to advanced exercisers.
When:
6:45 AM on Tuesdays and Thursdays 12/8, 12/10, 12/15, 12/17, 12/22
or
5:30 PM on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays 12/7, 12/9, 12/11, 12/14, 12/16
Where:
The Wilson Gym Track (5th floor above basketball courts)
Cost: $5 to drop in $20 for all five workouts
