Spanish Hall
¡Hola amigos! Like to eat quesadillas and watch Shakira belly dance? Then Spanish Hall is the perfect place for you! Here you will have the opportunity to show off your awesome (or terrible) Latin dance skills, beat some piñatas, and practice some Spanish. We welcome anyone who is interested in the culture and improving their speaking skills. Even if you are a beginner, no worries, Spanglish is the dominant form of communication in our halls.
Our many activities include salsa dance nights at Spice Street, speaking tables, telemundo nights, and margarita fiestas. We also invite faculty to give interesting talks on Hispanic politics, economy, and culture. For those who are interested, come check us out! Mi casa es su casa.
If you have any questions, please direct them to our Spanish hall representative, Lizzy Do, lizzy.do at duke.edu.
