Edwin Coleman   How do you define leadership? I define leadership as a quality that entails not only being in the forefront of a cause or organization, but more importantly, being extremely humble and sacrificial in all of one's actions and intentions.

How do you practice leadership from day to day?

I do practice leadership from day to day. For example, I am a part of three leading executive boards: Crazies Who Care, Students to Unite Duke (STUD), and Prism (the multicultural selective living group).
