to the web site of the NEH Summer Seminar
"Aramaic in Post-Biblical Judaism and Early Christianity."

Please excuse the mess. We're currently under construction.
The six-week Seminar will be held at Duke University from June 14 to July 23, 2004 and will be open to candidates who have completed their doctoral dissertation in some aspect of Jewish Studies, early Christian Studies, Classics, Near Eastern Archaeology, or other relevant fields. Knowledge of Hebrew as well as an elementary knowledge (at least) of Aramaic are a prerequisite.
This web site provides the necessary information on the Seminar and contains the application form. Some general information on the field of Aramaic as well as useful links are also included.
