Types of Studies
The Duke CNSCR is a medically-supervised research center. Therefore, a person must qualify in order to participate in one of our studies. The center offers two types of studies: quit studies and research studies. Quit studies are designed to help people quit smoking using new types of treatments and therapies. Research studies are designed to further research. Participants of research studies do not need to be ready to quit smoking.

Research Studies
Comparison of Chippers and Addicted Smokers in Compensatory Behavior in Response to Nicotine Deprivation (Raleigh and Winston-Salem locations)
