Papers are now online to provide information and analysis of key issues
affecting the integrity of the Canadian federation. The papers reflect
the latest scholarly research and are of interest to all whose research
touches on the evolving nature of Canada and its peoples. An especially
helpful resource for students of Canadian Studies. These Papers will
be published at least four times each year. The third CRIC Paper, which
will be released in September, will address the question of the declining
voter participation in Canadian elections.
