Erik Wibbels is an Associate Professor of Political Science at Duke University. Wibbels' research focuses on development, decentralized governance, redistribution and other areas of comparative political economy. His published works include a book at Cambridge University Press, articles in World Politics, American Journal of Political Science, American Political Science Review, International Organization, Comparative Political Studies, and other journals, as well as chapters in several edited volumes. Wibbels serves on several editorial boards and previously taught at the Juan March Institute in Madrid, Spain and the University of Washington.
