Structural Limitations on Intelligence Sharing in the Department of Homeland Security

The 9/11 Commission report identified numerous intelligence sharing failures throughout the local, state, and federal agencies. This talk will provide an introduction to the structure of the intelligence agencies relative to their role in Homeland Security and discuss the organizational limitations that continue to hinder intelligence sharing.
