Jung Bong-Hwa

Jung Bong-Hwa
is a lecturer at Kyungnam National University in Korea and head
of Young Il Enterprise Co. Professor Jung holds a master's and
a doctorate in political science and diplomacy. Between 1980 and
1998 he was a member of the Advisory Council on Democratic and
Peaceful Unification. While in North Carolina he helped organize
a conference on "Elections in Korea" and pursued independent
studies of relations between North and South Korea. He is now
on the advisory board of the Duke Korea Forum.

Kim Min-Cheol
has been a
staff writer at the Chosun
Ilbo, a leading Korean newspaper, since 1992. He has won
many awards for his work as a journalist, including the Award of
the best staff writer in the newsroom of the Chosun Ilbo
in the year 2000. While at Duke he studied American culture and
politics. |
